照明用非球面透镜二次设计程序开发

非球面透镜在现代照明技术中应用越来越广,其开发设计是目前的一个热门课题。针对特定的光源和照明要求,可设计非球面透镜。但目前普遍存在的问题是,为满足用户使用环境如高温、高湿等的要求,非球面透镜加工厂家往往需要替换原设计所使用的材料。因此需对非球面透镜进行二次设计。

正是基于这一市场需求,本文在查阅了大量理论文献的基础上,阐述并介绍了非球面透镜的原理、特点、结构。并通过对光学设计软件的深入学习,从而开发设计了一套基于ZEMAX和MATLAB的非球面透镜转换程序。最后还分析了材料替换前、材料替换后及最终优化后的光照分布情况,所得到的结果在一定程度上验证了上述算法的可行性。并通过自身算法上的分析,得出该程序的一些不完善之处和其良好的扩展前景。

ABSTRACT

Aspheric lens in modern lighting technology is being used more and more widely, so the development and design about it is a hot topic. For a particular light source and lighting requirements, aspheric lens can be designed. But it is a common problem that aspheric lens processing factories often require replacement of the materials of the original design to meet users’ environment such as temperature, humidity and other requirements. It is necessary to design the aspheric lens again.

Based on this market demand, this paper looked up a lot of theoretical literature then set and introduced the principle, characteristics, structure and something others of aspheric lens.  A program has been designed to convert the material of aspheric lens based on ZEMAX and MATLAB DDE through in-depth study of optical design software. After the flux distribution analyzed in three conditions, the results verify the feasibility of the method to some extent. And through the analyzing of its algorithm, there are some imperfections in the program .Meanwhile the expansion prospects of it are well.
